Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During peak periods, holidays, or new drops, processing times may be extended by a few days.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates and options are shown at checkout based on your location.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Valencia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied — they are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, Valencia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
